Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bet On Yourself Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Exchange Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@angelopitirri.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the damage or defect to speed up the process.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Process for Returns
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@angelopitirri.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original condition.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
First, check your bank account or credit card provider.
Then contact your payment provider, as processing may take extra time.
